These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the BerflowAI platform (the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to the terms below.
1. Account
You must create an account with accurate, up-to-date information to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
2. Permitted use
BerflowAI may only be used on videos you own or have permission to process. Content that infringes on copyright may not be uploaded.
3. Subscriptions and payments
Paid plans are billed as monthly subscriptions. Payments are processed through LuqaPay and invoiced automatically every month. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
4. Limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is”. We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages caused by errors or inaccuracies in AI-generated output.
5. Termination
Accounts that violate these terms may be suspended or closed without prior notice. You may also delete your account at any time.
