At BerflowAI, we take your privacy seriously. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it.
1. Data we collect
- Account information: full name, email, and password (stored as a one-way hash).
- Content: the videos you upload, their transcripts, and generated clips.
- Payments: billing information handled on the LuqaPay side. We never store your card number on our servers.
2. How we use data
Your data is used only to operate the Service, maintain security, and comply with legal requirements. We never use your content to train AI models.
3. Storage
Uploaded videos are kept on our managed media provider behind signed URLs that are only served to the account that uploaded them. If you delete a project or your account, we remove the associated files.
4. Third parties
The Service relies on third-party providers to function, including fal.ai (AI processing and media storage), Supabase (database and authentication), and LuqaPay (payments).
5. Your rights
