Refund Policy

Customer satisfaction is at the heart of BerflowAI subscriptions. The following conditions apply to refund requests.
1. First purchase
You are eligible for a full refund if you request one within 48 hours of your first purchase and have not processed more than 30 minutes of content.
2. After a renewal
Refund requests after a renewal are processed on a pro-rated basis for the minutes you have not consumed within the billing cycle.
3. Refund process
Send your request to info@berflowai.com and we will reply within 5 business days. Approved refunds are sent back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
4. Exceptions
Accounts suspended for violations of the Terms of Use, abuse, or content that breaches the Service are not eligible for a refund.
